Influencer: A registered user offering promotional services through our platform.
Brand: A registered user seeking influencer collaborations for marketing purposes.
User: Any individual or entity using Zyplu.com.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform.
Registration requires accurate personal and professional details.
Users must comply with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required for influencers and brands.
Zyplu.com facilitates collaborations between influencers and brands but does not guarantee engagements or payments.
Users agree to abide by fair practices in influencer marketing and advertising.
Influencers must not engage in fake engagement tactics, misleading advertising, or unethical practices.
Users must comply with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines.
Any intellectual property used in promotions must be legally owned or licensed.
The platform may charge a commission on transactions between brands and influencers.
Payment terms, including timelines and methods, will be specified on the platform.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the refund policy outlined separately.
We collect and store user data in compliance with the Indian IT Rules, 2021.
Users consent to data processing for platform functionality and marketing purposes.
Users must not:

We do not guarantee successful collaborations or payments.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these T&C.
Users may delete their accounts at any time.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in India.
The governing law shall be the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad.
We may update these T&Cs from time to time, with notifications to users.
